7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Any code-applied products during purchase will be non-returnable, only exchangable.

How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale & Clearance Items

  • Festive Sale Items: No returns will be accepted. Only exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
  • Festive & Clearance Sale Items: Products purchased during Festive & Clearance Sale Items are non-returnable. They can only be exchanged for another size/product (subject to availability). An exchange shipping charge of ₹100 per pair will apply.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return/exchange the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund fee structure:

  • Standard Products – ₹100 per pair
  • Crochet Sneakers – ₹250 per pair
  • North East Region Orders – ₹200 per pair
